2. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive for precision in all product listings. However:

Measurements may have a manufacturing tolerance of ±5%.
Color, texture, and finish may appear differently across devices and materials.
Custom furniture may differ slightly from 3D renders or digital previews.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full at the time of order (unless otherwise offered on custom orders).

In case of technical errors or mispricing, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order confirmation is subject to payment validation and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspicious transactions, or force majeure.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

5. Custom-Made Furniture

We specialize in custom steel almirahs and other made-to-order items.
Specifications, measurements, and finishing options must be approved before manufacturing.
Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.

6. Installation Services

Free installation is provided for most standard deliveries.
Extra charges may apply in cases like:
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations
- Upper floors without lift access
- Delays due to customer’s unavailability
Installation requests must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer pan-India delivery through reliable logistics providers.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by location and product size.
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days.
Samrat Furnitures is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

8. Returns, Damages & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days for eligible items (unused, original packaging).
Damaged or defective deliveries must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
Custom or discounted products are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed after inspection, within 5–7 working days.

9. Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, all products carry a Standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:

Damage from misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
Natural wear and tear
Exposure to water, heat, or improper cleaning agents
