At Samrat Furnitures, every item is built with care — whether factory-finished or tailor-made. While we stand behind our craftsmanship, we also understand that exceptions can occur. Here’s how returns and refunds work on our platform.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is damaged in transit
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • A custom order was not delivered as per approved specifications

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/videos. Return requests reported after this window may not be accepted unless under special consideration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Furniture assembled or used after delivery
  • Products without original packaging or physical damage caused by improper handling
  • Clearance or sale items marked non-returnable

Please understand that since we build many items specifically for you, we cannot offer blanket returns.

3. Return Process

  1. Raise a request via email (info@samratfurnitures.com) or WhatsApp within 24 hours
  2. Share photos/videos and a brief description
  3. Our support team will evaluate the issue within 2–3 working days
  4. If approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup or advise a return process

4. Replacement & Repair

Whenever possible, we’ll replace or repair the item instead of refunding:

  • Damaged in transit? We’ll replace or repair the affected part(s)
  • Wrong item? We’ll arrange exchange at no extra cost
  • Defect? Depending on severity, we may offer a field technician or issue credit

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved (in rare cases), it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your UPI or bank account for the refund.

We reserve the right to deduct actual logistics or handling charges if applicable — this will be transparently communicated.

6. Cancellations

  • Before shipping: You may cancel standard orders within 24 hours of placement.
  • Custom orders: Cannot be cancelled once the design or production has begun.
  • Post-shipment cancellations: Not allowed. You must follow the return process.

7. Damages Upon Delivery

If the product appears physically damaged at delivery time:

  • Do not accept the item or write “Received damaged” while signing the delivery form
  • Take clear photographs and contact us immediately
  • We will initiate a replacement process at no cost to you
