At Samrat Furnitures, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely, affordably, and on time — whether you’re ordering a classic steel almirah or a custom-made bed.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across West Bengal and select locations in Eastern and Northern India. Delivery availability depends on product type, quantity, and pin code. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please call or WhatsApp us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery (within West Bengal): Free for select items and large-value orders
  • Pan-India delivery (selected cities only): Nominal charges based on product weight and distance
  • Bulk or custom orders: Delivery charges are shared transparently before dispatch

We offer free installation for most items in areas where our local team is available. In rare cases (remote locations or special setups), installation may involve a minimal charge.

3. Dispatch Time

  • Ready items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days
  • Custom-made furniture: Dispatched within 10–15 business days
  • Festive season or bulk orders: May take longer — you’ll be notified in advance

Once your order is packed, we’ll share tracking and delivery updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party logistics and in-house delivery teams, depending on your location and item type. Our partners are trained to handle heavy furniture safely and deliver it to your door.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • For multi-floor buildings without lift access, an extra manpower or stair-delivery charge may apply.
  • Customers must ensure entry space is adequate for large items (e.g., beds, almirahs).
  • If delivery fails due to address issues or customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link and live status updates. For assistance, contact our support team at info@samratfurnitures.com or via our WhatsApp number on the website.

7. Packaging & Damage

All products are quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
In the rare case of damage during transit, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos via email or WhatsApp. We’ll assist with a prompt resolution — refund, replacement, or repair depending on the case.

8. Delays or Exceptions

While we do our best to meet timelines, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or transport strikes
  • Pin-code restrictions or regional holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions in raw materials (especially in custom work)
